Warranty & Returns
Our Warranty
- Coverage: Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date.
- What’s covered: functional defects under normal use.
- What’s not covered: wear parts/consumables, misuse/accident/unauthorized modification, improper storage/installation, cosmetic damage not affecting function.
- Remedy: at our option we will repair, replace, or refund the product.
30-Day Return & Exchange
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Conditions: new/like-new condition, all accessories/manuals/packaging included.
- Non-returnable: customized items, heavily used or damaged items, gift cards, clearance marked “final sale”.

Fees:
- Our fault (defect/incorrect item): we cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: return shipping is your responsibility.
How to Start a Return
- Prepare your order number and reason for return.
- Submit a request via www.taskstarstore.com or email support@taskstarstore.com.
- We’ll issue an RMA and return label (if applicable).
- Pack securely and ship within [7] days of RMA approval.
- Refunds: processed to the original payment method 3–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Warranty Claim Steps
- Contact us at support@taskstarstore.com with order number, serial/SKU, photos or short video of the issue.
- We may provide troubleshooting; if confirmed, we’ll ship replacement parts or a unit after verification.
Additional Notes
- Gift returns: refunds go to the original purchaser.
- Bundles: partial returns may prorate the refund.
- For EU/UK customers: your statutory rights (incl. right of withdrawal) remain unaffected.
